REPAIRS:

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery 100%. If your piece should break within your first 30 days of ownership, we will repair it for FREE. After 30 days, there is a $5-15 repair charge (plus the cost of any

lost or broken beads if necessary). Just contact us to confirm the cost of your repair, place your item in a padded bubble envelope with your name, address, payment (cheque or money order) and instructions and send it through regular mail to:

RESIZING:

Please be sure that you order the correct size and measure twice - there is a $5-15 charge for resizing! When measuring your wrist size, use a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist so that it is just touching your skin, but NOT tight. Add half an inch and that should be your bracelet size. When in doubt, order a 7.5" for ladies and a 6-6.5" for girls. For necklaces, 16-18" in safe for most ladies and 14" for most girls. See "SIZING Information" on the HOME page for more details.

EXCHANGING Gifts:

Buying a gift for someone can be very difficult, especially when choosing jewellery - it's such a personal choice. If you're giving any of our pieces as a gift, please don't hesitate - we have a 30 day guarantee. That special person in your life can also make an exchange up to 90 days (as long as the piece is in its original unworn, pristine condition). The only exception to this is custom orders and earrings. These may not be exchanged due to their unique nature and for reasons of hygiene (earrings).
